Student Orientation Programme plays a vital role in a student’s transition to a college life. New students are introduced to the faculties, amenities, and surroundings of a campus through orientation programmes. It encourages students to better acclimatise to the collegiate atmosphere while also assisting them in navigating the campus for the following three years.
Hirwal Education Trust’s College of Science(Computer Science and Information Technology), Mahad organized an ‘Orientation Program’ for newly admitted students every year, as it plays a major role in introducing the college activities.
During orientation, students were informed about code of conduct of the college and the various cells and their activities, infrastructural facilities, extracurricular activities, learning resources, and the college culture. They were prepared to understand their role and responsibilities during college life. Therefore, in order to give the most precise view of an institution, there must be both an academic and social component to the orientation program.
Learners were also informed about the rules & regulations, campus safety and the academic calendar. HET’s CCSIT motivates the students and wished them Good Luck for their bright and magnificent future.
